As a Global Retail Excellence & Performance Intern, you will Join our global Retail Excellence team and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment.

Your role will be:
- Data Management & Performance Tracking: Retrieving, compiling, and analysing retail performance reports, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and identifying performance gaps and proposing solutions. Providing data analyses to internal stakeholders when needed.
- Retail Excellence & Strategic Initiatives: Supporting the implementation of retail excellence initiatives, assisting in the coordination of new projects to enhance customer experience and managing customer survey results and supporting action plans. Supporting in Net Promoter Score and Mystery Shopping project development and analysis.
- Communication & Presentation Development: Coordinating internal communication across retail teams and developing presentations and reports, like creating a post in the internal communication platform.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Coordination: Working with stakeholders across departments and providing analytical support for projects.
- New Projects: Assisting the REX Manager in any new project development with the opportunity to learn but also to share opinions and feedback that could help in project definition.
- Client Advisors Commission Scheme: Participating with other departments in the monitoring and definition of WW incentive schemes for client advisors
What is important for the role:
- Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Informatics, Statistics or Math.
- Skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are essential.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization important.
- Knowledge of Power BI considered an advantage. VBA skills nice to have.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are crucial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are needed.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Team player with a service-oriented mindset, with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
- Self-Initiative and proactivity to solve collateral situations is a must.
- Ability to synthetise large amount of data in simple and effective takeaways.
- Fluency in English required. Spanish and any other additional language highly valued.
- Previous experience in a client-centric service environment and/or in retail is a plus.
- You must be eligible for an internship in Spain.
- You are able to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with your university.

- Working hours of Monday to Thursday of 9am – 6.15pm and Fridays 9am-2.45pm.
- Study support to the value of €800-900 gross per month.
