About the Role


We’re hiring a Booking Intern to be part of conversion journey — from the first inquiry to a confirmed reservation. This isn’t your typical hospitality gig. We’re looking for someone who is hungry to learn the ropes of the commercial world and genuinely loves the art of selling and taking care of clients. No matter your background, if you have the drive to learn how to close deals — we want to talk to you.


What You’ll Do


  • Support lead management: Learn to handle incoming booking requests across all channels, ensuring a fast and personal response under the guidance of the team.
  • Assist in the booking journey: Help guide potential guests through the process.
  • Payment & balance monitoring: Assist in tracking pending payments and balances to ensure all stays are settled according to company standards.
  • Support guest relocations: Assist the team in managing overbookings and relocation cases, learning how to prioritize the guest experience while minimizing operational impact.
  • Cross-team coordination: Act as a bridge between the Booking team and the Operations/Guest Experience teams to help guarantee seamless arrivals.
  • Administrative booking support: Learn to process cancellations, modifications, and extensions while strictly following internal company policies.


About you


  • Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+) — this is non-negotiable.
  • A natural communicator with a sales-driven heart.
  • No specific industry experience required — we care about your skills and attitude, not your background.
